Ingredients:

Lemon Sauce:
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- Dredge the chicken slices in cornstarch, dip in beaten eggs, and dredge again in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken slices until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- In a saucepan, mix lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, water, soy sauce, and honey. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
